HALO.
Health Tech Platform · Founded in Sydney
HALO is an Australian health tech platform built on one premise: most people have never seen what's actually happening inside their body, and most of what they've been told is "normal" reflects population averages rather than functional health.
The starting point is pathology. HALO runs a comprehensive biomarker panel that goes well beyond what a standard GP visit covers. Results come back in a dashboard that shows two things side by side: the standard Australian lab reference range, and the optimal functional range. That gap is usually where the useful information lives.
From there, the platform builds guidance on how to actually move those markers in the right direction. Nutrition, sleep, movement, and lifestyle are the foundation. Not a footnote. Not the boring part you skip to get to the prescription. The actual foundation. Supplementation sits on top of that, and where it makes clinical sense, prescription treatments are available through AHPRA-registered clinicians. They can make a real difference. They're also one part of what HALO offers, not the defining feature, and not the right answer for everyone.
The goal is to support people in improving their health with whatever is appropriate for them, tracked over time, and understood.
