Skin recovery planning checkpoints
Choose a path to see what to discuss before treatment, during recovery and at review. It does not predict results or healing dates.
Which path are you considering?
What it does
It lays out the decision points along whichever path you are considering: waiting or choosing no treatment, skin care, a clinic treatment, or surgery. For each it shows what is worth doing or asking before you start, during recovery, and when you review whether it was worth it. The point is to make sure the questions that matter get asked at the moment they matter, rather than after the money is spent.
What it cannot do
It cannot tell you how long your skin will take to settle, or when you will see a result. There is no validated month by which everyone reaches a natural plateau, and recovery after any procedure varies with the person, the area and the clinician. This tool used to show a month-by-month timeline. It now shows checkpoints instead, because a calendar implied a precision nobody has.
How I'd use it
Pick the path you are leaning towards and read the “before paying” checkpoint twice. Most regret in this area comes from skipping that step: agreeing to a course without a written quote, or without agreeing in advance what change would count as success. If you are unsure which path you are on, pick waiting. It keeps every other option open, and it costs nothing while you work out what you actually want to change.
